Shipping & Delivery

In stock items are usually dispatched within 5 working days.  If you need your order sooner please send me a message and I will try to dispatch it sooner.  PRE-ORDER items take 4-6 weeks to make as each batch is made to order. 

I can only send plants within Ireland and airplants within the EU. I can however send my ceramic airplant holders without the airplant (and you can buy the plant locally).  If a plant is ordered to a destination I cannot send to I will refund the cost of the plant and send the ceramic section only. 

If your country is not currently on my shipping list please contact me and I will either add it or make a custom listing.

I am not responsible for any extra import fees / duties / taxes incurred for your country - please check this before purchasing.

For packaging I re-use packaging from a local shop I have collaborated with - any bubble wrap is re-used.  I try to avoid buying single use plastic where possible and as much as my packaging as possible is re-used - so if your box doesn’t arrive pretty it’s because I’m trying to do my bit for the environment!
