Green Orbit ~ Mug

My Green Orbit mug has textural dimples, a green & Blue layer outer with an emerald glaze inner. 

I first throw these mugs with a toasty tan stoneware clay.  They are then trimmed, handles attached and dimpled before being slowly dried and bisque fired.  I then glaze them with 9 different coats of glazing and fire them again to 1220c to achieve this combo. 

The mug is approximately 8cm tall by approximately 10cm wide.

All my pieces are handmade by me in my studio in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.  All my items are handmade, perfectly imperfect and one of a kind.
