Orbit handleless Mug

My Orbit handle-less mug is a one off beauty!  Check out those colours! 

I first throw these mugs with a toasty tan stoneware clay.  They are then trimmed, handles attached and grooves cut before being slowly dried and bisque fired.  I then glaze them with 9 different coats of glazing and fire them again to 1220c to achieve this colour combo. 

This mug is approximately 9cm tall by approximately 8cm wide.

All my pieces are handmade by me in my studio in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.  All my items are handmade, perfectly imperfect and one of a kind.
