Ballyquin Beach Mug

My Ballyquin Beach mug have layers of textural drips that foam and froth and are reminiscent of the ocean.

I first throw these mugs with a toasty tan stoneware clay.  They are then trimmed, handles attached and dimpled before being slowly dried and bisque fired.  I then glaze them with 9 different coats of glazing and fire them again to 1220c to achieve this combo. 

The mug is approximately 8cm tall by approximately 10cm wide.
