About me
Most of my work is handthrown using stoneware clay. I then trim, add extra details, carve the clay, dry it before being bisque fired, glazed and fired again. Ceramics is a slow process that ensures each piece is made with love. No two of my items are identical - part of the charm of handmade pottery is having a unique item.

My favourite part of my job is matching plants with the plants - I look for similarities between the plants and the pots so them complement each other.

Inspiration
Living by the coast I derive my inspiration from the earthy tones and coastal colours around me, the greens of seaweed, the forever changing blues of the sea, the ochre lichen that thrives on the dark rocks.
